By accessing or using our website at dataautomationpro.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. SERVICES

DataAutomationPro provides custom data automation services including but not limited to:

  • Microsoft Excel and VBA automation development
  • Power BI dashboard design and development
  • Custom ERP system development
  • System integration and API connectivity
  • Smart workflow automation
  • AI-powered automation and agent development
  • Ongoing support and maintenance

All services are custom-built and delivered remotely. Project scope, timeline, and pricing are agreed upon before work begins.

  1. PROJECT AGREEMENTS

Before any project begins, both parties agree on:

  • Project scope and deliverables
  • Timeline and milestones
  • Pricing and payment terms

Any changes to the agreed scope must be discussed and approved in writing before implementation. Additional work outside the original scope may incur additional charges.

  1. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms are agreed per project. Unless otherwise stated:

  • A deposit may be required before work begins
  • Final payment is due upon project delivery
  • Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless DataAutomationPro fails to deliver the agreed deliverables
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise agreed
  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of all custom-built deliverables created specifically for their project.

DataAutomationPro retains the right to:

  • Use general techniques, methods, and knowledge gained during the project
  • Display the project in our portfolio (with client permission)
  • Retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, libraries, or frameworks used in the project

All content on dataautomationpro.com — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the exclusive property of DataAutomationPro and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

  1. CONFIDENTIALITY

DataAutomationPro treats all client data, business information, and project details as strictly confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose client information to any third party without explicit written consent.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to share any data provided to us for use in their project.

  1. DELIVERY AND REVISIONS

We aim to deliver all projects on the agreed timeline. Revisions within the original project scope are included. Revisions that expand the scope may be subject to additional charges.

We include a bug-fix period after delivery during which we will fix any issues directly related to our work at no additional cost.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

DataAutomationPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party software, platform changes, or modifications made by the client after delivery.

  1. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete project requirements
  • Providing timely feedback and approvals
  • Ensuring they have legal rights to any data or content shared with us
  • Testing and approving deliverables within the agreed timeframe
  1. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
