- Company name, project details, requirements, and files you share during a consultation or project
- Billing details needed to invoice you (payments are processed by the platform or payment provider you choose; we do not store card numbers)
Information collected automatically:
- Usage data such as pages visited, time on page, approximate location (country/city), device, and browser type, collected by Google Analytics only if you accept statistics cookies
- Technical data such as IP address and browser information in server logs, used for security and to keep the website running
- Your cookie consent choice, so we do not ask you again on every page
Fonts on this website are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to Google Fonts.
3. How We Use Your Information and Our Legal Basis
Under the EU and UK GDPR, we must have a legal basis for each use of your personal data:

- WPForms — contact form plugin; form submissions are stored on our own website server
- WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp
- Freelancing platforms and payment providers (such as Upwork, Freelancer.com, or your chosen payment service) — only if you hire or pay us through them
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights in a legal dispute.
6. Client Data in Projects
When you hire us and give us access to your business data (for example spreadsheets, databases, or systems containing your customers’ or employees’ information), we process that data only on your instructions and only to deliver the project. In that role we act as your processor, and you remain the controller of that data.
- We use read-only access wherever possible
- We do not use your data for any other purpose or share it with anyone else
- We delete or return project data when the project ends, unless you ask us to keep it for ongoing support
- A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request
7. International Data Transfers
We are based in Bangladesh, and our service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. When you contact us from the EU, UK, or another region, your information is transferred outside your country. We make these transfers where they are necessary to respond to your request or perform our contract with you, and our providers protect data with recognised safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
8. How Long We Keep Information
- Enquiries that do not become a project: up to 12 months
- Project communication and deliverables: 2 years after the project ends, so we can provide support and bug fixes
- Invoices and accounting records: as long as tax law requires
- Google Analytics data: up to 14 months
After these periods, we delete or anonymise the information.
9. How We Protect Information
We use HTTPS encryption on this website, secure password practices with two-factor authentication on key accounts, restricted access to client systems, and regular software updates. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
10. Your Rights
If you are in the EU, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to:

- Ask us to delete your information
